About the Event
The Texas Department of Transportation intends to hold a second round ofpre-procurement partnering one-on-one meetings with design-build teams, prime contractors, or lead engineering firms on January 13 and 14, 2026, to discuss the planned development, procurement, and implementation of theNHHIP 3C-2 Project (Project).
Those who wish to attend a one-on-one meeting regarding the Project must express their interest by Friday, January 2, 2026.
Please submit all correspondence to the Project mailbox at TxDOT-HOU-ALD-NHHIP3C2@txdot.gov.
The meetings will be held at the Houston District office, located at 7600 Washington Avenue, Houston, Texas 77007.
Participation in theone-on-one meetings will be limited to design-build contractors, as well as prime contractors or lead engineering firms, who may participate either together or separately.
Attendance at the one-on-one meetings is not mandatory and interested parties shall remain eligible to participate in future project solicitations if they do not attend the one-on-one meetings.
