At The Westin Dallas Stonebriar Golf Resort & Spa in Frisco, TX

The Design-Build Institute of America Southwest Region invites you to join us for the premier design-build event in the Southwest — the 2026 DBIA-SW Regional Conference + Golf Tournament!

Each year, this conference brings together owners, contractors, designers, engineers, and AEC industry leaders from across Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, and New Mexico to explore innovative strategies, share real-world lessons, and strengthen the collaborative relationships that define Design-Build Done Right®.

In 2026, we gather in Frisco, Texas, at the stunning Westin Dallas Stonebriar Golf Resort & Spa, under the theme “Innovation in Action: Shaping the Next Era for Design-Build.” This two-day experience blends education, networking, and recreation into one unforgettable event — and it sells out every year.
