Delivered in under a year, this design-build project united two historic residence halls, preserved SMU’s Collegiate Georgian style, and added modern amenities. With a 7.5% budget reduction, enhanced accessibility, and innovative collaboration, the project sets a new standard for campus living in the Southwest.
