WHY ATTEND
Attendees can earn up to 9
DBIA Continuing Education Hours*
(*3 DBIA Hours from DFW Airport Tour)
Each year, project Owners from Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, and Arkansas come together to share insights and strategies that drive successful projects. Join a community of peers and experts to explore new ways to deliver exceptional outcomes.
What’s in it for you?
-
1. The DFW International Airport Showcase (Field Innovation)
You will see how DFW uses Progressive Design-Build to manage the largest modular terminal expansion in history. Seeing 3,000-ton modules being moved across active taxiways provides tangible proof that "unrealistic" schedules are actually achievable with the right delivery model. -
2. The Owners Forum (Closed-Door Strategy)
A "no-sales-pitch" zone focused on ROI, speed-to-market, and the competitive advantages of collaborative delivery. Discuss peer-to-peer challenges and results without a room full of contractors. -
3. The Regional Golf Tournament (Strategic Relationship Building)
Owners know that the success of a project often comes down to the "chemistry" between the Owner and the Design-Builder. The tournament is the ultimate low-stakes environment to get to know the leadership of the region's top firms. It’s not just about golf; it’s about vetting the personalities and cultures of the teams you’ll be trusting with your next $100M+ program. -
4. Navigating the 5-State Regulatory Maze
National conferences cover national trends, but this event focuses on the specific laws of TX, OK, LA, AR, and NM. You’ll learn about the latest Progressive Design-Build (PDB) authorities and municipal codes that directly impact how you can legally structure your next procurement. -
5. Predictive Economic Intelligence
With sessions featuring economists and AI experts, you’ll learn how to move from reactive estimating to predictive cost modeling. This allows you to forecast material escalation before it hits your budget, giving you and your board more confidence in your project’s final cost.
SPONSOR THE CONFERENCE
Show your company’s commitment to innovation and collaboration. Sponsors gain visibility before, during, and after the event—with packages covering both the golf tournament and conference.
