Expanding Access to Design-Build in Texas: DBIA-SW and WCDA Partner to Empower Small Communities
The Design-Build Institute of America Southwest Region and the Water Collaborative Delivery Association are partnering to expand access to design-build for Texas’ small and rural communities. Their joint advocacy aims to modernize Texas law, empower municipalities, and deliver faster, more cost-effective water infrastructure projects.
