Hasen Design Build & Development – Mid Rise Apartment Conversion in Downtown Dallas

Hasen has been selected by national developer 3L Real Estate (headquartered in Chicago, IL) as the general contractor for the  conversion of offices to multi-family apartments on Elm Street in downtown Dallas.   The Elm Street mid-rise building encompasses 137,000 sq. feet, and will be transformed into roughly 140 apartments.  This iconic building is centered in the historic West-End district of Dallas, and located across the street from The Sixth Floor Museum, positioned within the historic Texas Book Depository Building.
