Marcus Naiser, located in San Marcos, Texas, currently serves as the Assistant Director of Capital Improvements/Engineering for the City of San Marcos. He brings a wealth of experience from previous positions at Ardurra Group, Inc., previously LNV, Inc., and the Texas Department of Transportation. In 1998, Naiser graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Engineering.


Naiser has over 27 years of experience in the civil and environmental engineering industry and 20 years managing projects for governmental entities in central and south Texas. His expertise includes delivery of State and Federal water and wastewater projects, organizational management, comprehensive municipal water and wastewater facility design, project management, and capital improvements program management and delivery.


In his free time, Marcus enjoys spending time with his wife and three sons traveling, cooking, hunting, and fishing.
