Mark your calendar for April 13-14, 2027. The DBIA-SW Regional Conference + Golf Tournament is heading to Tapatio Springs Hill Country Resort in Boerne, Texas, just outside San Antonio.

This year's theme, Built for the Journey: Turning Strategy into Successful Delivery, focuses on the decisions, partnerships, and hard-won lessons that carry a project from first conversation to final delivery. Owners, designers, builders, and trade partners will find a program designed around the work you're doing right now and the projects coming next.

What to Expect

Day One

Golf + Opening Reception

Tee it up for an afternoon on the Tapatio Springs course, then join us on the Clubhouse lawn for the Opening Reception. With the resort dedicated almost entirely to our group, the whole property becomes your networking space.
