Brett Ratliff is a Project Manager with nearly three decades of experience in

construction management and real estate, and was one of the original members of

Pritchard Associates. In his role, he has led the planning and execution of more than

600 projects across office, retail, hospitality, senior living, worship, and industrial

sectors, guiding teams from early vision through successful delivery.

Throughout his career, Brett has built a reputation for managing complex, detail-

driven projects with a steady, solutions-oriented approach. His experience spans

both new construction and renovation, allowing him to navigate challenges while

maintaining project goals related to quality, schedule, and budget.

A defining highlight of his work is the multi-award-winning Old Parkland campus in

Dallas, where he oversaw the restoration of the historic hospital and Nurses

Quarters alongside the development of seven new buildings. His leadership helped

transform the site into a vibrant, multi-tenant corporate campus that blends historic

character with modern functionality.
