Brent Pilgrim has a background in Environmental Design and Construction Management and specializes in the communication and clarity benefits of visualized project design and cost data. His work focuses on model-based estimating, often referred to as “5D,” and advancing more effective ways for teams to understand and collaborate around project information.

He has helped develop a more formalized framework known as Integrated Estimating, which supports a collaborative approach for design and preconstruction professionals through the use of three-dimensional models.
