As Vice President of Development Services in the Dallas office of VanTrust, Jim Kehoe is responsible for the successful delivery of projects in the southwest region. Jim is an experienced development and construction management expert responsible for coordinating all aspects of VanTrust’s design, construction, and overall development. He has more than 27 years of experience in commercial real estate construction and development. His project experience includes office, industrial, retail, mixed-use, and multifamily developments.

Jim’s background in development, civil engineering education, and industry connections enable him to coordinate all aspects of design and construction at VanTrust to ensure budget, quality, and on-time delivery.
