With more than 20 years of experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry, Jen is a strategic marketing and business development leader known for guiding teams through complex, high-stakes pursuits. She specializes in aligning marketing strategy with operational execution to position project teams for success on high-profile, must-win opportunities.

Jen brings deep expertise in leading multidisciplinary teams through complex proposal and pursuit processes, developing clear win strategies and capture plans that drive alignment, momentum, and results. Her work focuses on helping organizations translate technical expertise into compelling narratives that resonate with owners and selection committees.

Active in her community, Jen serves on the board of the Hays Caldwell Economic Development Partnership and on ULI Austin’s P3 Local Member Council. She also mentors through Moment Connection, JE Dunn’s women’s employee resource group.

Outside of work, Jen enjoys hosting lively parties and family get-togethers, browsing used book sales, and searching for vintage treasures at antique shops.
