Jason Beiter is a seasoned construction executive and academic advisor with more than 30 years of experience leading complex operations across the construction industry. He currently serves as Vice President and Director of Construction Operations at JE Dunn Construction, where he is responsible for driving operational excellence, financial strategy, and integrated project delivery across multi‑million‑dollar portfolios.
Jason’s expertise spans strategic project management, legal and risk
management, organizational health, and ethics in construction, with a proven ability to translate real‑world operational frameworks into scalable leadership and workforce development models. At JE Dunn, he has led mentorship and succession‑planning initiatives, diagnosed organizational capability gaps, and established collaborative delivery approaches that strengthen partnerships between architects, engineers, and trade partners.
Beyond industry leadership, Jason is deeply engaged in academic and civic advisory roles, serving on the Advisory Council for Texas State University’s College of Science and Engineering, the Board of Trustees at Saint Michael’s Catholic Academy, and leadership committees focused on Austin’s mobility and infrastructure workforce development.
