Chad has 26 years of experience and serves as the HDR MO/KS Transportation Business Group Director providing leadership for over 100 transportation professionals throughout the states of Missouri and Kansas. This includes staff in Kansas City, St. Louis and Springfield.
Since joining HDR, Chad has served as a project manager, design manager, and lead civil/structural engineer for highway and movable bridge projects as well as extensive design build design experience.
Chad has over 15 years of working with alternative delivery (design build) projects throughout the US including projects using traditional design build, CMAR and Progressive design build. Chad served as design manager for this progressive design build being presented at this conference.
