Turner Construction (Innovation Next+)

As Vice President and Construction Executive for Turner Construction’s Dallas office, Brenda Premenko provides strategic direction and operational leadership across a diverse and dynamic portfolio of projects. With more than two decades of experience in the construction industry, she has earned a reputation for excellence in delivering complex, high-profile projects while fostering a culture centered on integrity, collaboration, and inclusivity.

Brenda’s career spans projects across the aviation, healthcare, hospitality, commercial, and municipal sectors—ranging in complexity and scale. She is known for her ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, build strong partnerships, and consistently deliver projects that meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance. Her approach blends technical precision with a deep commitment to people—ensuring that every project not only meets client expectations but also strengthens the teams and communities involved.

A respected leader within Turner, Brenda has played a key role in shaping the company’s culture and advancing its people-first values. She founded the Dallas Women’s Group, the Training Committee, and the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Committee, each designed to promote mentorship, professional development, and equity across the organization.
