Please be advised that the Texas Department of Transportation has issued aRequest for Qualifications (RFQ) to design, construct, and maintain theSH 99 Grand Parkway Segment B-1 Design-Build Project (Project), in Brazoria and Galveston counties. The Project consists of four new SH 99 tolled lanes (two in each direction) for approximately 14.0 miles from FM 646 to south of FM 2403. Improvements include two direct connectors at the SH 35 interchange, and approximately 5.9 miles of non-tolled operational improvements to SH 35.

The Texas Department of Transportation will be conducting an Industry Workshop for the Project on January 16, 2025, from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm (CT). The workshop will be held in-person at the TxDOT Houston District Auditorium located at 7600 Washington Avenue, Houston, Texas 77007. Due to limited parking spaces and parking garage clearance (6'-10"), please consider arriving early and/or carpooling or utilizing a ride share.
