Following the Pre-Procurement Partnering Industry Workshop conducted on April 11, 2024, the Texas Department of Transportation encourages potential offerors to submit questions and comments regarding the planned development, procurement, and implementation of the SH 99 Grand Parkway Segment B-1 Project (Project). The deadline for submission of questions and comments is May 16, 2024, via the Project mailbox at TxDOT-HOU-ALD-SH99SegB1@txdot.gov.
The Texas Department of Transportation intends to hold Pre-Procurement Partnering one-on-one meetings with design-build teams, prime contractors, and lead engineering firms between June 4 – 6, 2024 to discuss the planned development, procurement, and implementation of the SH 99 Grand Parkway Segment B-1 Project (Project). Those who wish to attend a one-on-one meeting regarding the Project must express their interest by Thursday, May 16, 2024, and include any feedback, questions, and comments.

The meetings will be held at the Houston District Office, located at 7600 Washington Avenue, Houston, Texas 77007. Participation in the one-on-one meetings will be limited to design-build teams, prime contractors, and lead engineering firms. Attendance at the one-on-one meetings is not mandatory and interested parties shall remain eligible to participate in future project solicitations if they do not attend the one-on-one meetings.
