Important Information For our Players
We’re looking forward to having you all at the DBIA-SW DFW Golf Tournament this Friday, October 4, 2024!
Here are some important details to ensure a smooth and enjoyable day:
Agenda:
6:30 AM - Team and Sponsor Registration Opens
7:00 AM - Please arrive at Registration/check-in no later than 7:00 AM and have one member of your team grab your team’s registration packet. Enjoy Breakfast & Mimosas and purchase some more raffle tickets and add-ons.
7:30 AM - Mega Putt Contest on the Putting Green
8:00 AM - Shotgun Start
12:45 PM - Return to Reception for lunch & awards (you must be off the field prior to 1:00 PM. Your score will not be counted if you remain on the field after that time. (This is the club’s policy.)
1:15 PM - 2:00 PM – Announcements, Awards, Raffles
2:00 PM – Event Complete
Dress Code:
Please adhere to proper golf attire, which includes:
Collared shirts
Slacks, shorts, or skirts (must be hemmed and in good condition)
Spikeless shoes
Don’t forget weather-appropriate gear such as sunglasses, sunscreen, and a hat!
Equipment:
Players are required to have their own golf clubs and bags. If needed, the facility offers rentals.
Other Rules:
Speed of Play: the required pace of play on the golf course is a maximum of 15 minutes per hole. It should take 4.5 hours to complete 18 holes.
