The Design-Build Institute of America Southwest Region (DBIA-SW) serves professionals from Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas. Our emphasis is on collaboration, powerful connections, and promoting design-build values for people in the AEC industry. The Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA) is an organization founded in 1993 by leaders in the architectural, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. Their goal was to improve the process of bringing projects from design to delivery.
