PARTNER EVENT – TxDOT Pre-Procurement Partnering One-on-One Meetings for US 290 Design-Build (DB) Project

The Texas Department of Transportation intends to hold pre-procurement partnering one-on-one meetings with design-build teams, prime contractors,or lead engineering firms the week of May 4, 2026, to discuss the planned development, procurement, and implementation of the US 290 DB Project (Project). Those who wish to attend a one-on-one meeting regarding the Project must express their interest by Friday, April 3, 2026, and include any feedback, questions, and comments.

The meetings will be held at the Bryan District Office, located at 1007 W. Second Street, Brenham, Texas 77833.

Participation in the one-on-one meetings will be limited to design-build contractors, as well as prime contractors or lead engineering firms, who may participate either together or separately. Attendance at the one-on-one meetings is not mandatory and interested parties shall remain eligible to participate in future project solicitations if they do not attend the one-on-one meetings.
