The 2026 Design-Build Spring Specialty Conferences are just around the corner, and as part of DBIA’s continued commitment to strengthening Owner engagement in design-build delivery, we are offering Owner Scholarships. This scholarship opportunity helps ensure these high-impact, sector-focused conferences remain accessible to Owners across the country.

These conferences bring together public and private sector Owners, industry experts, and practitioners for in-depth education, peer learning, and real-world insights tailored to the unique challenges of each market sector.
With design-build delivery continuing its rapid growth—and projected to represent nearly half of all U.S. construction spending by 2028—these conferences are an invaluable opportunity for Owners to gain the tools, strategies, and connections needed to succeed in an increasingly complex project environment.
Owner Scholarship Highlights
The DBIA Owner Scholarship is designed to remove barriers to participation and encourage broader Owner representation at these important events.
Before applying, please note:
Application Deadline: April 4, 2026
What’s Covered: Full conference registration(Airfare and hotel accommodations are not included)
Participation Limit: Up to three (3) employees per Owner organization, per conference
Eligibility: Open to DBIA members and non-members
Repeat Applicants: Previous recipients may apply, provided they have not received the scholarship more than twice
