As the use of design-build continues to grow and projects become more complex, Owners increasingly rely on Owner Advisors (OAs). However, the role is often misunderstood, inconsistently applied, or insufficiently defined. This full-day virtual course, Thursday, Feb. 12 from 10am-6pm ET, cuts through the confusion by clearly defining the intended role, responsibilities, and limits of the OA within a design-build environment. Tailored for Owners, professionals providing OA services and design-build teams, this course builds a shared framework of how effective OA relationships support Design-Build Done Right® and lead to better outcomes for all project stakeholders.
