The Design-Build Institute of America Southwest Region (DBIA-SW) is excited to welcome Texas State University as our newest Student Chapter!

The addition of Texas State University marks another exciting step in our commitment to supporting the next generation of design-build professionals. We're thrilled to see more students across the Southwest Region embracing collaboration, innovation and the principles of Design-Build Done Right®.

Building Connections Beyond the Classroom

Through their new DBIA Student Chapter, Texas State students will have opportunities to connect with industry professionals, gain real-world insights and explore career paths in architecture, engineering and construction.

As part of the DBIA community, students can take advantage of valuable opportunities, including:

  • Networking with design-build professionals and industry leaders

  • Participating in regional events, conferences and educational programs

  • Exploring mentorship and professional development opportunities

  • Competing in the DBIA National Student Competition

  • Building relationships that can help launch their careers

Welcome to the DBIA-SW Community!

We're excited to support the Texas State University Student Chapter as it grows and creates new opportunities for students to engage with the design-build industry.

A special thank-you to the students, faculty and industry supporters who helped bring this chapter to life. We look forward to seeing all that you accomplish!
