Harness the power of collaboration for transformative water projects in this series of half-day seminars conducted across Texas in partnership with the Water Collaborative Delivery Association.
October 17 - 20, 2023
in Houston, San Antonio, Austin, and Dallas
More and more owners are utilizing collaborative delivery methods to deliver successful projects. Unlike conventional design-bid-build projects, collaborative delivery methods provide early engagement between all stakeholders, including the owner, the designer, and the builder, to better control outcomes, including optimized distribution of risk, cost control, and schedule certainty. This seminar will cover the core concepts of collaborative project delivery and discuss Texas-specific collaborative delivery topics, including current 2269 legislation, while providing a perspective from experienced engineers, contractors, design-builders, and owners.
Lunch will be provided.
Topics:
Collaborative Delivery Overview
Collaborative Delivery Methods
Procurement Fundamentals
Market Trends in Water/Wastewater Collaboration
Texas Legislation Discussion
Who Should Attend:
