November 21, 2024 at Sportsman's Finest Sporting Club at Hog Heaven

Registration Opens @ 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM
Breakfast and DBIA 101 Presentation @ 8:30 AM
Safety Demonstration @ 9:15 AM (Required)
Shooting begins @ 9:30 AM

Are you ready for the 2024 DBIA-SW Central Texas Clay Shoot? Here’s a quick checklist of what you’ll need:
  • 12 or 20-gauge shotgun

  • Eye and ear protection

  • Weather-appropriate gear

  • Your Team's Golf Cart (if you didn't pre-purchase)

  • Be sure to sign the Player Waiver before you come!

This is more than just a shoot—it's an opportunity to engage with professionals from across the industry. This year's venue, Sportsman's Finest at Hog Heaven, is a 120+ Acre Sporting Club, Shooting Range, Outdoor Education Facility, Event Venue, and Nature Preserve set against the backdrop of the Texas Hill Country. It is the perfect spot to facilitate meaningful conversations and connections.


We’re excited to introduce an educational element to the clay shoot this year. During breakfast, you’ll hear from industry experts on Design-Build, its role in AEC, and how DBIA-SW is helping those involved in Design-Build across the Southwest United States and beyond.

  • A Golf Cart is NOT included, but a limited supply can be purchased as an add-on. Please bring your own golf cart, or you can buy one for your team by contacting info@dbia-sw.org.

  • Teams may pre-purchase raffle tickets and mulligans for their players at the time of team purchase or before the tournament. If you would like to add raffle tickets or mulligans for your already purchased team, contact info@dbia-sw.org for more information.
