F Sabir AIA, LEED AP. NCARB, is an award-winning architect and a visionary business leader serving the Houston community for the past 30 years. Two decades ago, Sabir founded F S Group Architects, a group of established leaders in the fields of Architecture, Design-Build, Construction Management, and Healthcare. As Principal, Sabir leads his Architecture Team, Design-Build Team, and Construction Team with a vision of a future that is uplifting, efficient, and inclusive that creates lasting value for all. He successfully delivers a full spectrum of architectural, engineering, interior design, and design-build services.

 Sabir utilizes his clear and strong communication skills, organization skills, and presentation skills to lead business development, staff development, project design & delivery, and client management. One of Sabir’s notable projects was the groundbreaking Design-Build project for the Houston Airport System for the Project Management Office Building. This building has become a benchmark and has garnered complimentary reviews for the HAS director & their team. The project has been submitted to garner several awards from the Design-Build Institute of America and the American Institute of Architects. The Houston Airport System has awarded F S Group Architects a 5-year On-Call Services Contract, and the team is fully engaged in serving George Bush Intercontinental Airport and Hobby Airport in Houston.

Furthermore, Sabir is the Design Architect and Architect of Record for 40 Buildings on the S1.8 Billion dollar North East Water Purification Plant on Lake Houston. F S Group Architects successfully delivered 100% of the IFC Drawings and the project is well on its way in construction. F S Group Architects has been awarded the responsibility of Construction Administration services for the 40 buildings on the campus for the next 4+ years. The FSG team is currently working closely with several major construction companies such as Flintco, PLW, McCarthy, Horizon, and others to provide guidance during the construction of the $1.8 Billion dollar NEWPP Plant. The NEWPP is the largest Design-Build Project of this nature in the world currently under construction in the US.Sabir is a highly respected and renowned expert in the design, construction, and management of cost-effective and attractive facilities, He has personally hand-picked and trained a team of architects, designers. and construction managers that have successfully completed projects within every sector of the industry.
