Are you ready for the most awaited golfing event of the season? The Design-Build Institute Southwest Region is thrilled to have you swing alongside fellow golfers at the elegant Hackberry Creek Country Club this Friday. Let's dive into the essential deets!
When and Where to Arrive?
Date: September 15, 2023
Time: Bright and early! Registration starts at 7:30 AM, and we'll begin the play with a shotgun start at 8:30 AM.

Gear Up: What to Bring?
Your trusty golf clubs and gear.
Your best comfortable golf attire (and maybe an umbrella, just in case of light rain).
Soft spike golf shoes – yes, only these.
Stick to Hackberry's dress code: Say no to denim jeans or shorts jogging apparel; remember, collar shirts are a must.
Protection against the sun: Don't forget a hat and sunscreen.
Let's Get You Registered:
When you arrive, strut on over to the registration desk to:
Check in and snatch up your player package.
Confirm your starting hole.
Grab your scorecard, golf balls, lunchbox, water bottle, tees, and ball markers.
Fancy some mulligan card packs and raffle tickets? This is the place to get them!
Lastly, let a Hackberry staff member give you your cart assignment.
Mulligan Card Packs and Those Exciting Raffle Tickets:
Mulligan Card Pack: It's $40 per person or $160 for a team. Every pack comes with 4 cards that include a Do-Over Drive, Free Re-Putt, Get Out of Sand Free, and the ever-entertaining Crazy Card for any unpredictable shot. Here's the fun part: any unused card goes straight into the "Golden Ticket" raffle, where a lucky winner can skip the line and grab their choice of prize.
Raffle Tickets: One ticket is $25, or get a pack of 5 for a neat $100. Use these to get your hands on some thrilling prize packages.

All golfers can enjoy an open bar while playing from 8:00 AM till 1:00 PM. But post-tournament? Head inside for a cash bar experience. Find your drinks at the drink carts stationed near the golf carts early in the day. Cheers!
