George Baños has been a longtime advocate for innovation in the commercial construction and workplace management industries. He joined Rugged Robotics as Head of Sales in 2022 after helping scale an enterprise facilities and workplace management software at iOFFICE, Eptura. He began his career in the construction industry building projects in commercial and healthcare sectors at SpawMaxwell and Balfour Beatty from 2005-2009 while teaching Construction Management as an adjunct professor at University of Houston.

He has been in the concrete cutting industry his entire career, is heavily involved with estimation and is an integral part of project management. As a distinguished professional in the Construction and Architecture industries, Matt Norberg utilizes his expansive skill set in his role as a Technical Designer at Gensler. In his work, Matt has embraced Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology, using it as a tool to improve his design processes and workflow, and to anticipate potential design challenges. His interest in the interplay between architecture and technology sets him apart, highlighting his commitment to unique and efficient solutions in an evolving industry.After earning his Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Architecture from The University of Texas at San Antonio, Matt began his professional journey in the construction industry. There, he occupied a dual role as a Building Information Modeling (BIM) Coordinator and Project Manager - an experience that provided him with a wealth of practical knowledge. His responsibilities ranged from pre-construction planning, scheduling, and budgeting to overseeing construction services and architectural design.Matt is the founder of the Gensler Houston AI Think Tank. This initiative aims to explore and further understand the potential of AI in architecture and serve as a platform for brainstorming and knowledge sharing among professionals.
