Class of 1990 from the College of Architecture at Texas A&M.

Currently the Vice President of Collaborative Delivery for Reytec Construction Resources, Inc.

Reytec is a 28 year City of Hoston construction company specializing in infrastructure projects from utilities, streets, large diameter water and storm to water and wastewater treatment plants to on-call water line repair service contracts.  Reytec is one of a handful of contractors to graduate from the City of Houston’s diversity program.

Over the span of several decades, Todd has had carrier opportunities providing diverse in site to the Owner, Design and Contractors perspectives. Having a working knowledge from multiple perspectives has allowed a natural collaboration process across different types of construction, design disciplines and owner/funding utilizing DBB, CSP, CMAR, PCMAR, DB, and PDB delivery methods.

Each procurement method is a specialty tool and like all tools, utilizing the correct tool for the application is critical to the success of any given project.  Todd brings a passion for collaborating with Owners to develop procurement strategies that best align with each project’s definition of success.
