George Baños

George Baños has been a longtime advocate for innovation in the construction and workplace management industries.  He joined Rugged Robotics as Head of Sales in 2022 after helping scale enterprise facilities and workplace management software at iOFFICE, Eptura.  He began his career in the construction industry building projects in Houston, TX commercial and healthcare sectors at SpawMaxwell and Balfour Beatty while teaching Construction Management as an adjunct professor at University of Houston.
