Topic #1 Trust How well are you communicating with your design-build team? Are you getting good budgeting information so that you can make solid decisions as a team? Are you reviewing trend logs? Are contingency decisions being made together?  

Topic #2 How Are You Establishing Your Team for Success with Design-Build? Are You Seeking Credentialed Teams - on the design-build side? How about the Owner's side? Do you have an integrated project leader (someone that can communicate across the teams)? Chartering - how do you decide how you are going to work together, how are you establishing your decision-making process, what are the goals, and what does success look like?  

Topic #3  Liability Triangle/Making Risk Decisions: How are you managing and allocating risk between Owners and Design-Builders? Why are you using design-build?
