Join us to discuss the trends in design-build, insurance, and risk and explore how collaboration, clear communication, transparency, cooperation, consistency, and fairness can be achieved. Also included will be discussions and practical points to navigate new legislation, federal funding, sovereign immunity, and best practices for a successful DB relationship.
