About the Event

Join us for a comprehensive journey through the history of Design-Build (DB) and Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) in Oklahoma. Dr. Doug Gransberg, who was a member of the original Governor's Task Force on Construction Law, will guide us through his firsthand involvement and extensive contributions to the implementation of alternative methods in public buildings, water/wastewater, and transportation.

The presentation will provide insights into the various stakeholders in the state that have adopted alternative delivery methods, their usage, and potential future use as the availability of public funding increases. It will also discuss the basic DB and CMAR contract variations, and their performance in other jurisdictions.

FEATURING:

Douglas Gransberg, PhD, P.E., DBIA – President, Gransberg & Associates, Inc.
