Culture change begins with leadership. That’s why the first step to Design-Build Done Right® culture shift is Design-Build Done Right® leadership development.
In this session we will link leadership development with changing culture and discuss the challenges and opportunities to do that.
We will address how to develop a roadmap that leads to changing culture and the steps necessary for success.
