Rachel is an Environmental Transit Planner for Austin Transit Partnership. Rachel assists with ATP's current NEPA efforts underway. Prior to joining ATP, Rachel worked as a Grant Project Manager managing Community Development Block Grants throughout Texas, and then for the City of Austin's Urban Trails Program.
