Dan Clark brings 35 years of construction industry experience and knowledge of common practices in the construction industry to his clients. Mr. Clark’s work encompasses estimating, contracting, risk analysis, project management, coordination, and change management. He also handles project administration, project controls, project cost analyses, forensic analyses of cost and financial reporting, and project close-out. During Mr. Clark’s tenure in the construction industry, he conducted risk assessments of troubled projects and assisted in completing various projects.

Mr. Clark’s experience and testimony experience include quantum development and defense, productivity and labor analysis, project controls, project cost analysis, contract/project management, risk analysis, forensic accounting analyses of contract/project financial reporting, and dispute resolution. He has testified in arbitration, state, federal, and international venues. His industry experience includes heavy civil projects: highways, dams, and wastewater treatment plants; industrial projects; education projects; mixed-use projects, pipelines, high-end residential projects, surety programs, and financial analyses.
