A $500+ million linear design-build hurricane evacuation route project connecting SH 249 near Tomball to SH 6 south of College Station – 24 miles long, including 60 bridges, 4 railroad crossings, 7000 plan sheets, 2 million hours worked, ROW and utility coordination, with public information and outreach responsibility.
