  • TRACK 1 - Beginning with the End in Mind: A Look at the Importance of Starting Your Project Strong Market volatility and supply chain issues have created increasing challenges across the industry. With the uncertainty they create, the resilience and flexibility of design-build is more important than ever in helping Owners and design-build teams navigate solutions. This track will explore the importance of setting the stage for success through effective strategies for planning, procurement, engagement, etc., to foster exceptional outcomes for all.
  • TRACK 2 - Putting on Our Progressive Lenses: Exploring PDB in Action As the use of design-build continues to grow, so does the flexibility in ways to procure design-build services. Progressive Design Build (PDB) is an approach that is becoming increasingly popular in all sectors, including water/wastewater. • TRACK 3 - Stronger Together: Leveraging the Power of the Team to Drive Innovation and Success There may not be an “i” in team, but there is a “u” in success. The evolving complexities of the current landscape have sparked an increased focus on workforce development and teaming. This track will examine the ways in which design-build’s focus on teaming uniquely positions the industry to navigate complex challenges and present innovative solutions by leveraging the power of the team. Examine how both big and small teaming successes can impact the bottom line and how design-build promotes effective collaboration and teaming.
