DBIA is excited to announce the launch of the Collaborative Delivery Leadership Academy, designed to equip AEC professionals with the leadership skills and mindset needed to successfully make the mental shift from a segregated services approach to an integrated one. The Academy consists of six modules, each focused on a distinct component of the Design-Build Done Right® Leadership model. - In this session we will link leadership development with changing culture and discuss the challenges and opportunities to do that.
- We will address how to develop a roadmap that leads to changing culture and the steps necessary for success.
