Steve Hamlin serves as the Manager of the BRA’s Project Management Office (PMO). The PMO supports the BRA mission by developing and implementing best practice methodologies to train, equip, and enable project managers to deliver projects that exceed stakeholder expectations. The PMO supports the delivery of projects ranging from new infrastructure to facility expansion to infrastructure maintenance and rehabilitation efforts.
Before joining the Authority in 2016, Steve served 20 years as an officer and pilot in the United States Air Force. He was stationed at bases in Texas, California, and Washington D.C. He flew various aircraft supporting training, airlift, and reconnaissance missions across the globe.
Steve attended the University of Tennessee, American Military University and various military leadership and strategy programs. He holds a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice, a Masters of Business Administration and a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. Steve and his family live in Granbury.
