Robert Beck

Robert Beck, has been a significant influence and advocate for the advancement of technology in the construction industry over the past 25 years. He started in the early 1990’s working as a Civil Engineer apprentice using CAD and 3D takeoff tools to better design and estimate projects. Was hired by Trimble to assist in launching the first 3D machine control earthmoving systems in 1997. Since then, Robert has been launching new construction endeavors for Trimble from fleet management to layout and reality capture solutions in the vertical construction market. Roberts most recent success was launching and running a dedicated building construction technology dealership in the Mountain West of the US, growing the business from nothing to $6 Million in 5 years covering 10 states; hiring and onboarding 15 employees. Robert brings to HP a skill set of working as a manufacturer and managing a distribution network as our go to market as well as being a partner with a manufacturer and most importantly, knowing the difference between the two.

 Robert lives in Evergreen, Colorado, where he enjoys all that the mountain life of Colorado offers. Married for over 25 years and raised two children and now learning to adapt to the “empty nest” lifestyle.
