Ravi is a proud graduate of Bangalore University, India with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science in Environmental Systems Engineering from Clemson University. Ravi has 33 years of varied experience in regulatory, consulting, utilities, engineering, construction, and administration. Ravi is with the City of Houston and has served in the Houston Public Works Department for over 19 years in various leadership roles. He is the Project Director of the Northeast Water Purification Plant Expansion, which is the largest water purification plant expansion in the US using a progressive design build concept and project cost is north of $1.8 Billion dollars. Ravi is a Professional Engineer Professional Engineer in the State of Texas, and an Associate DBIA and a Certified Public Manager.
