Marc Cottingame, PE was born and raised in Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex and graduated with Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Texas Tech University 1992. From 1992 until 2003, Marc worked as a consultant for different firms performing Master Planning and design and construction services for water utilities nationwide including the Dallas Water Utilities (DWU). In 2003, Marc joined DWU in the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) and now serves DWU as the Senior Program Manager of Water Facilities CIP Program to deliver design and construction projects across DWU’s raw water supply, water treatment and distribution pumping infrastructure.
Marc is married to his wife Stacey of 28 years and is the proud father of two children Ryan (26) and Ashley (22).
