Justin Bowker, P.E.

As Vice President of Engineering, Justin Bowker, P.E., oversees TDIndustries’ design-build and design-assist vision and execution across the enterprise — from healthcare to data centers, universities, stadiums, high-rise office towers and more. Under his leadership, the diverse team challenges itself to harness collaboration and technical approaches to provide focused value to owners.

Since 2001, he’s held positions at TD as Designer, Engineer and Manager. He finds that the best solutions come from a combination of book smarts and field experience, which requires people from diverse backgrounds to come together to solve complex problems. He’s active in developing technical training to equip all of TD’s employee owners with the know-how to deliver optimal performance, constructability and cost.
