Julie Ludeman is an accomplished aviation professional with over 25 years of experience in project management and construction management. She currently serves as the Deputy Program Manager at HNTB Corporation and as the Deputy Director for the Program Integration Office at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW).
In her role as Deputy Director, Ludeman brings her exceptional communication skills and her proven track-record of building strong relationships with senior representatives of stakeholders and contractors to exchange information, explain and interpret standards, and resolve differences for two major capital programs valued at over $6 billion. Her expertise in project management and construction management has been invaluable to DFW Airport.
Ludeman has spent the last seven years at DFW Airport, where she has played key leadership roles on several significant projects, including the Terminal C – High C Gates Demolition and Reconstruction project (design build), Department of Public Safety (DPS) Headquarters (design build), A29 Skylink Restrooms (design build), Integrated Operations Center (construction manager at risk), and DPS K-9 Facility (design).
Her previous experience at DFW Airport includes serving on the management team for the Capital Development Program and the Terminal Renewal and Improvement Program. Throughout her career, she has also held several roles at HNTB Corporation, including Senior Project Manager, Public Involvement Manager, and South-Central Division Marketing Manager.
