In this session, featured representatives from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport and Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport will discuss ongoing airport construction projects and share insights on project delivery models. Attendees will gain an understanding of what airports consider when considering design-build as a delivery method, evaluate the benefits and challenges of different project delivery models, learn strategies for overcoming barriers to design-build delivery in the airport environment, and gain insights into what qualities airports look for in their design-build teams.
