Our DBIA-SW members and friends are invited to join us in welcoming our new Houston Chapter President, Conrad Hammond, at an afternoon social at the offices of JE Dunn, 675 Bering Dr, on Sept. 29 from 4-6 pm.
Conrad Hammond has been in construction for over 20 years. Born and raised in Central Texas, he then graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Civil Engineering. He then worked as a traveler on several design-build projects for primarily military institutions before returning home to Texas in 2014.
Conrad has been with JE Dunn Construction for 8 years working on Aviation, Industrial, Oil, Gas & Chemical projects along the Texas Gulf Coast. He was recently promoted from Senior Project Manager to Senior Client Solutions Manager. Conrad’s extensive Design-Build experience in federal and private markets has served him well in his new role. He will be continuing to focus on team integration, and remain engaged in the project lifecycle from inception to completion of design. His new position will allow him to fully utilize those skills ensuring a seamless transition from preconstruction to construction on all projects.
Conrad has great plans to advance the chapter, but can’t do it on his own. Join us to connect with your fellow design-build members in Houston and share your ideas and contributions to the growth and activities of the chapter.
