Join DART's Executive Vice President and AWH's Senior Project Manager on a behind-the-scenes tour of the Silver Line, DART's 26-mile commuter rail corridor currently under construction. Learn about the challenges faced during the past three years, including third-party delays, the pandemic, and cost escalations, and discover how the agency and design-builder resolved these challenges to advance the new revenue service date to late 2025/early 2026.

Attendees will:

1. Get to appreciate the unique features and infrastructure of the Silver Line commuter rail corridor through a behind-the-scenes project tour.
2. Evaluate the impact of project challenges, including third-party delay and the pandemic, on the Silver Line construction timeline and budget.
3. Assess the strategies and innovative approaches used by DART and Archer Western/Herzog to overcome project challenges and ensure timely project completion.
