About the Event

Take a look at the complete agenda here.

DBIA-SW Region's 2021 Annual Conference unites design-builders from five states for two days full of educational opportunities, networking, and celebration at the Westin Irving Convention Center. 2020 was a year of disruptors, where many old ways of doing things were dismantled, but the path forward was a little unclear. This year, we find ourselves at the threshold of moving forward with lessons learned. Design-build provides many tools to help lead in these environments - collaboration, innovation, and trust. The DBIA-SW 2021 Conference, with a special focus on infrastructure, invites participants to learn how public projects and design-builders leveraged these skills to lead through uncertain times and how to use design-build to move forward!

Featuring twenty sessions, gain knowledge and insight into Design-Build Done Right and join the region's members of the design-build team to foster collaboration for project success. Conference attendees include decision-makers, contractors, architects, engineers, consultants, and public and private owners.

Our unique hybrid conference format allows for easy, personal interactions, whether attending in-person or remotely. For virtual attendees, prior to the conference, we will conduct a series of Open Houses which will allow you to setup your event profile and troubleshoot any technical difficulties. Instructions will be provided two weeks prior to the start of the conference.

In-person registration includes breakfast, lunch, and admission to the reception on Day 1, plus breakfast on Day 2. All attendees will receive access to the Whova App, presentation materials, and the attendee contact list.

Please select your attendance type (in-person or remote) at check-out.
