About the Presentation:
What is Design-Build Done RightTM? More specifically, what are the Best Practices for Design-Build Done RightTM? The Design-Build Institute of America’s mission is to be the industry’s preeminent resource for leadership, education, objective expertise and best practices for the successful integrated delivery of capital projects. In this short course we will cover the Best Practices of Design-Build.
We will explore the characteristics of Design-Build:
• Best Practices that are universally applicable to ANY project type (horizontal or vertical), ANY project sector, and ANY project size ($100,000 to $100 billion); and
• Best Practices regarding procurement, contracts/agreements, and project execution.
• Finally, we will leave plenty of time for your questions and hopefully provide some answers!
